With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do. Marie is an experienced technology leader with 24+ years hands on experience in technical and leadership roles. She’s led organizations through Scaled Agile (SAFe) transformations as an agile PMO Manager. As a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Release Train Engineer (RTE) she has in-depth, practical knowledge to help enterprises through the challenges of organizational change. As a SAFe coach/consultant, Marie is passionate about supporting the people in the enterprise in adapting to new ways of working. She helps her clients shift their mindset to become more value-centric in their solution delivery and quickens their flow of value implementing lean-agile principles and methods. Marie has taught over 1000 students, many of whom are now certified.
